Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 slices bread crumbs (I use homemade bread so that it's milk and egg free)
- clove garlic
- 1 carrot
- 2 TBS worcestershire sauce (I use Bragg's amino acids)
- 1/3 TBS pepper
- 2/3 TBS salt
Process carrot, garlic, onion, bread, and green pepper in a food processor. Add to the turkey, sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix together well. Form into meatballs and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
