To avoid corn: baking powder, caramel color, confectioners sugar, corn starch, corn syrup, dextrin, dextrose, fructose, maize, maltodextrins, sorbitol, mannitol, vanilla, vegetable oil, corn oil, vegetable protein,

To avoid milk: artificial butter flavor, butter, butter fat, butter oil, buttermilk, casein (hydrolysate), caseinates (in all forms), cheese, cream, cottage cheese, curds, custard, ghee, half&half, lactalbumin phosphate, lactulose, milk in any form including from other animals (goat), nougat, pudding, rennet casein, sour cream, sour cream solids, sour milk solids, whey (in all forms), yogurt, caramel candies, chocolate, natural and artificial flavorings, high protein powder, lactic acid starter culture, lactose, luncheon meat, hotdogs, sausages, margarine, non-dairy products,

To avoid egg: albumin, albumen, egg in any form, eggnog, globulin, livetin, lysozyme, mayonnaise, meringue, ovalbumin, simplesse, surimi, vitellin, macaroni, marzipan, marshmallows, nougat, pasta,

To avoid soy:  edamame, hydrolyzed soy protein, miso, natto, shoyu sauce, soy in any form, soya, soybean, soy protein, soy sauce, tamari, tempeh, textured vegetable protein, tofu,

Read all labels.  Every time.  Very carefully!
